Hreiðrið: sögur um að tilheyra / the Nest: stories of belonging

The Nest is a cosy corner of Reykjavik City Library that hosts a collection of texts and media curated by users of the library. For Pride, visitors of The Nest will be able to listen to 9 audio stories where queer people share books, songs, poetry, films and theatre works that give them a sense of belonging. In a world where people are increasingly divided, the Nest is a space to listen to people with different life experiences. The installation will be open until the end of September on the second floor of Grófin. The stories will stay available on the library website beyond that.
