Due to overwhelming demand, Altern 8 are heading to Auckland for the very first time, headlining the official Ministry of Sound Testament After Party on Friday 17 July at The Mothership.
Legendary UK rave act Altern 8 pioneered early hardcore rave and acid techno, becoming synonymous with the explosion of British rave culture in the early 1990s. Best known for anthems such as “Activ-8 (Come With Me),” “E-Vapor-8,” and “Infiltrate 202,” and instantly recognisable for a high-energy, break-driven sound and iconic image featuring chemical-hazmat suits and gas masks.
