Five-time ARIA Award winner and acclaimed Australian artist Katie Noonan announces new tour dates this spring, celebrating her stunning new album Alone but all one - her 30th studio album.
Performing solo in intimate, seated venues across NSW, VIC, QLD, TAS and the ACT, these shows present the album in its most stripped-back and personal form, woven together with songs from across Katie's remarkable catalogue. Katie sold close to 30,000 tickets nationally on her last tour, and these intimate shows are already shaping up to be unmissable.
Alone But All One is a quiet turning inward - a return to something essential. Recorded live in Katie's lounge room on Gubbi Gubbi Country in the hills behind Nambour, Queensland, the album features just Katie, her piano and a string quartet. It feels like a deep breath before the next chapter: an offering, not an unburdening.
"This body of work is designed not to offload, but to offer. Throughout my career, I've noticed that some of the most meaningful audience moments have come when people feel what I've put into song, is something they've lived but haven't spoken aloud.
"In this spirit of shared experience, half the album I wrote solo and the other half I wrote with dear Trent's (Dalton) words, as it honours the birth of love, while I reflect the reimagined love after divorce."
Warm, honest and deeply connected, these performances are built around storytelling, reflection and song - designed to bring artist and audience as close as possible.
