• Small chunky heels permitted. Tall or pointy heels are not permitted due to steep stairs onboard.

• Limited unreserved seating available throughout the vessel. This is a concert-style standing and dancing event.

Refund Policy

Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable except where required by law or if the event is cancelled by the organiser (including extreme weather or public health emergencies).

Accessibility

MV Calmer is not a fully accessible venue due to the wharf, gangway and vessel design and cannot accommodate wheelchairs. Guests should carefully consider whether the venue is suitable for their individual mobility or accessibility requirements before purchasing tickets.

Seating

This is a concert-style cruise designed for dancing and enjoying live music. Limited unreserved seating is available throughout the vessel but cannot be reserved or guaranteed. Guests must not bring personal chairs or stools onboard.

Food & Allergens

Food is available for purchase from the onboard chef. Menu items are indicative only and may change without notice.

Our kitchen operates in a shared environment and cannot be considered allergen-free. Cross-contamination may occur, including with gluten. Guests with severe allergies or specific dietary requirements should carefully consider whether the onboard kitchen is suitable before booking.

Bag Policy

For safety and security, bags larger than a small purse or clutch are not permitted onboard. All bags will be searched prior to boarding. Larger bags, backpacks and similar items may result in refusal of entry.

Weather

Rain doesn't stop the party! MV Calmer has extensive indoor spaces across multiple decks, so the cruise operates rain or shine unless conditions are deemed unsafe by the Captain.

Departure

The vessel departs promptly at the advertised time and cannot wait for late arrivals. Missed departures are not eligible for refunds.

Venue Conditions

• Licensed venue operating under RSA regulations.

• Strictly no BYO food or beverages.

• No mid-cruise boarding or disembarkation.

• Guests must follow crew and security directions at all times.

• All Event Cruises reserves the right to refuse entry or remove patrons who breach venue policies, safety requirements or responsible service of alcohol laws.

Photography & CCTV

Professional photography and videography may occur during the event. By attending, you consent to the use of images and video for promotional and marketing purposes.

For the safety of guests and crew, MV Calmer is monitored by CCTV surveillance.
