POP Up Walk & Aqua Zumba
We will meet at the entrance to Sundhöllin. This is a free event with every pool admission. We’ll start with a short walk around the neighborhood to get to know each other. After our walk, we’ll return to the pool, jump in, and dance to fun, energetic Zumba party beats.
Aqua Zumba is a fantastic water workout set to lively music and is suitable for everyone.
To celebrate you, Aqua Zumba instructor Max will be offering a free open class. Together, we’ll travel through music and movement to Cuba, Mexico, India, Argentina, the USA, Chile, Spain, and Brazil with our groovy Zumba songs!
Aqua Zumba combines movements similar to traditional water aerobics, but they are choreographed into easy-to-follow dance routines performed to upbeat music.
Everyone is welcome to join, get moving, and have fun!
