Af fingrum fram hefur nú sitt 17. starfsár í Salnum í Kópavogi en í þessari sívinsælu spjalltónleikaröð tekur Jón Ólafsson á móti fjölbreyttum hópi listafólks þar sem einlæg samtöl, skemmtilegar sögur úr tónlistarlífinu og lifandi flutningur ráða ríkjum og skapa þannig einstaka kvöldstund.
Tónleikaröðin á rætur sínar að að rekja til samnefndra sjónvarpsþátta sem meðal annars hlutu Edduverðlaunin árið 2002. Fyrir 17 árum ákvað gestgjafinn að flytja hugmyndina úr sjónvarpssal og yfir á svið Salarins í Kópavogi við mikinn fögnuð landans sem flykkst hafa á tónleikaröðina allar götur síðan.
Jón Ólafsson er samur við sig þennan tónleikaveturinn og fær áfram til sín fjölbreyttan flokk listafólks í einlægt spjall og góða tóna.

Jón JónssonJón Jónsson was born on October 30th in 1985 in the small town of Hafnarfjordur, Iceland. All his life, he has been active musically, both in his local music school and in big productions in high school and college. After graduating with a degree in economics from Boston University in 2009, Jón Jónsson returned to Iceland and became a professional musician after releasing his first single in 2010.
Along with being a musician, Jón juggles multiple balls. He is a TV personality on the national TV, hosting a family show and the Eurovision qualifying show. In 2014 and 2015, he was a judge on the TV show, Iceland’s Got Talent. Jon has won the national championship several times with one of Iceland’s biggest football clubs, FH Hafnarfjordur. Jón has also lent his voice to a lot of different characters for the Icelandic voice-over in the animated features such as The Lorax, Dispicable Me 2, Rio 2, the Minions, The Grinch, Ugly Dolls and Lyle Lyle Crocodile.

BríetBríet is an award winning Icelandic singer and songwriter known for her songs “Esjan”, “Feimin(n)” and “Rólegur kúreki”. She is a multi-instrumentalist who writes and performs her own songs in different arrangements, from acoustic singer/songwriter to full on party pop mode. She is a very visual, artistic performer that puts a lot of work and thought into everything she does. She has directed her own videos, designed her costumes and she has been the art director of her projects as well. She is also a prominent actress and sometimes paints in her free time.
Her album ‘Kveðja, Bríet’ was selected as the album of the year at the 2021 Icelandic Music Awards. That same year, Bríet won singer of the year and lyricist of the year. She has been extremely successful in the Icelandic market with interest from all over the world. She has been writing and performing since she was a teenager, exploring her emotions through creation. Bríet now embarks on her next chapter internationally.
