Guests of the Reykjavík Family Park & Zoo are invited to enjoy Litaland, a theatrical performance by Leikhópurinn Lotta, on Icelandic Bank Holiday (Commerce Day) at 2:00 PM.
Visitors are encouraged to arrive early, as the walk to the performance area may take some time, with plenty to see and do along the way throughout the park. We recommend allowing extra time to explore the attractions, visit the animals, and make the most of your day before the show begins.

Litaland tells the story of the three primary colors—yellow, red, and blue—or the Yellowfolk, Redfolk, and Bluefolk. Each color has built its own world in Litaland, and at the beginning, there is very little interaction between them, as each group prefers to keep to itself.
Before long, however, events take an unexpected turn. The Bluefolk are forced to seek refuge with the Yellowfolk in the Yellow Lands, as their own blue world is disappearing, leaving them without a home. This delicate situation sets the stage for an exciting and unpredictable story.
Meanwhile, in the Red Lands, everything appears calm on the surface. The Redfolk are preparing to welcome a new color into their community. However, his mother, Rjóð, is reluctant to reveal who the father is… What could be the reason for her secrecy?
