Airwaves : GRIMA

German-Spanish artist grima moves between post-punk energy and washed-out shoegaze, pairing reverb-heavy guitars with Spanish and English vocals. His noisy, immersive live shows lean fully into that sound, leading to support slots for American shoegaze bands They Are Gutting A Body Of Water and glare. After playing his first European festivals in 2025, including Reeperbahn Festival, Liverpool Sound City and c/o pop Festival, he expanded to the U.S. in 2026 with appearances at SXSW and New Colossus Festival.

His debut EP instantes (antes de caer) (2025) marked a sold-out release show in Cologne and received international support, including airplay from Nabihah Iqbal (BBC Radio 6) and placements on Spotify editorial playlists, including the cover of Fresh Finds Spain. New singles are scheduled for release from mid-2026 onwards.”
