Dead Still Dance

Kadera and Sticky Rice Magazine are throwing the damned a most decadent Halloween raverie. Worlds collide through Dead Still Dance, a Latin Asian-born affair bringing folklore to flesh, ghosts to the dancefloor, and bodies to their edge.

The siren song is calling. The dance runs blood-deep. Don’t keep the dead waiting.

We invite attendees to engage with cultural traditions, stories, symbols, practices, and forms of expression with care and respect for both the joys and struggles woven through lived histories, and to refrain from cultural appropriation or the disrespectful use of cultural elements. We are committed to cultivating a caring and respectful participatory space. Harassment, discrimination, and violence of any kind will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the space.
