Join us on Monday, August 3rd from 11am - 4pm for our Gaiter Workshop at Höfuðstöðin. Design and paint your own gaiter that can accompany you in your everyday life. Choose colors and create patterns in your unique style.

Höfuðstöðin is an art and culture center in the old potato barracks in Elliðaárdalur. There you will find a café and bar with a patio and outdoor toys, a gift shop and the installation Chromo Sapiens by Hrafnhildur Arnardóttir / Shoplifter on permanent display. It is open weekdays from 12pm - 18pm and weekends from 11am - 17pm. Höfuðstöðin can be rented for private events and there are art workshops every Saturday from 11am - 17pm and on selected holidays.
