Let Your Light Shine - Lampshade Workshop

Let your light shine - Lampshade Workshop

In the past, people relied on fire and simple candles to light up the dark days of winter. Today, lighting is a big part of art and design, and a lamp is not just a lamp. In this workshop, we will explore the development of lighting, and participants will design and make their own lampshade to decorate their home. All materials will be provided, but if you have something at home you would like to use, you are welcome to bring it along.

Flóra Guðlaugsdottir is a teacher and artist who has led various art workshops for both adults and children. Flóra enjoys working with different artistic media and helping people discover their inner artist.

All are welcome space permitting.
