Svavar Knútur, Icelandic song poet, is coming back to the UK, touring Scotland and England in late November. Revisiting Bath for his second solo concert.
Singing songs and telling stories rooted in the Icelandic experience and heritage, Svavar Knútur works hard to deconstruct and defang the viking porn addled image of the Icelandic culture and bring to the forefront the true stories of a people and the island and ocean that have defined their culture and heritage for a thousand years.
Looking forward to seeing you at the Bell inn, in historic and beautiful Bath on november 23rd.
Free entrance, but donations and merch purchases vigorously encouraged.
See you there my lovelies!
