At Researchers' Night, visitors can stroll around the exhibition area, which is the focal point of the event, chat with scientists and learn about their research.
Rannís organises Researchers' Night in Iceland in collaboration with Icelandic universities and institutions. It is held simultaneously in major European cities on the last weekend of September under the name European Researchers' Night.
At Researchers' Night, scientists from universities, institutions and companies present their research projects to the public in a lively and entertaining way at a number of exhibition stands.
Visitors get to see and try various tools and equipment used in research, view the products of projects and chat with the scientists themselves about what it's like to work in science, research and innovation.
The family is at the forefront of Researchers' Night, offering an ideal opportunity to introduce the world of science to young and old alike.
All scientific disciplines are presented at Researchers' Night.
