Join Green Edventures on our Yellowstone Winter Wolves Women’s Adventure to explore the Northern Yellowstone Range, one of the best wolf habitats in the lower 48 states. Over three full days, you’ll search for gray wolves in the wild, observe their behavior, and gain a deeper understanding of the complexities of wolf conservation in the United States, all while enjoying an unforgettable multi-day winter wildlife safari.

Follow the call of the wild and experience Yellowstone at its most powerful — in winter.

Fresh snow reveals the hidden stories of the landscape: wolf tracks crossing a quiet valley, bison moving through rising steam, and foxes hunting beneath a pale winter sky. This is the season when Yellowstone slows down, crowds disappear, and wildlife becomes easier to observe.

We’ll explore the Northern Range, one of the best wolf habitats in the lower 48 states, searching for gray wolves while learning about pack behavior, predator–prey dynamics, and the complex realities of wolf conservation in the United States. Along the way, you’ll hear from experts studying Yellowstone’s wolves and gain insight into the science, history, and policy behind their protection.

Beyond wolves, Yellowstone’s winter ecosystem offers extraordinary wildlife viewing. Bison move through steaming geothermal valleys, moose browse in willow thickets, and bighorn sheep and pronghorn traverse windswept slopes. Along icy rivers, trumpeter swans and eagles gather, while coyotes, foxes, and ermine hunt across the snow-covered landscape.

Designed for curious and adventurous women ages 18 and older, this experience blends wildlife observation, education, and shared discovery in one of North America’s most remarkable ecosystems.

Come for the wolves.
